CRM123 Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These terms govern the use of the CRM123 system, the provision of services, and client obligations. By using the system, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to comply with them.

2. Service Provision

  • CRM123 provides access to the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • System access is granted only to registered users.
  • CRM123 reserves the right to modify or update services to ensure functionality, security, and quality.

3. Issue Resolution and Support

  • Non-critical issues or improvements are fixed as soon as possible.
  • Critical issues are addressed within 4 business hours after receiving a notification, if the issue falls within the scope of provided services.
  • Each client is entitled to 1 free programming/consultation hour per month (not transferable to the next month).

4. Client Obligations

  • Ensure that login credentials are used only by authorized persons.
  • Immediately report any detected issues or security breaches.
  • Settle payments for provided services on time.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • CRM123 is not responsible for damages caused by improper use or unsafe devices.
  • The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide.

6. Data Protection

All data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy. CRM123 implements measures to ensure data security (SSL encryption, access control, etc.).

7. Final Provisions

  • CRM123 reserves the right to amend the terms, notifying clients in advance.
  • If the client does not agree with the changes, they have the right to stop using the services.
